The Bureau's new arbitration rule will make it easier for consumers to file or join an existing group lawsuit if they are harmed by a financial service provider, such as a bank or credit card company. Communicating this complex topic to consumers and industry required a clear and engaging approach that took the form of a webpage and a motion graphics video. The video brings to life the CFPB brand to convey a powerful message that showcases consumers taking action together to "get their day in court."
